This Cancel Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, refunds, and changes for bookings made through Enrich Travel website ("we", "us", or "our"). By making a booking, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Cancellation by the Customer

  • Notice Period: Customers may cancel their bookings by providing written notice through email or our designated cancellation form.

  • Cancellation Fees:

    • ​For cancellations made 3 days or more prior to the scheduled service date, a refund will be issued after deducting a 5% processing fee from the total deposit amount.​

    • No refund for cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled service date.

Changes to Bookings

  • Changes to the date or time of a booking are subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days prior to the scheduled service date.

  • A [Change Fee Amount, if any] may apply for rescheduling.​

Cancellation by Us

  • We reserve the right to cancel bookings under exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:

    • Natural disasters, extreme weather, or other force majeure events

    • Safety concerns

    • Unforeseen circumstances affecting service availability

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after cancellation approval.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.​

Non-Refundable Items

Certain promotions, special packages, or customized services may be non-refundable.
