• The guide service for 1 to 5 participants.

• Pricing already includes Japan’s 10% consumption tax.

• Transportation fees, entrance fees for attractions, and meal expenses.

• If your group exceeds 5 participants, we are happy to provide a custom quote tailored to your needs.

• We are happy to assist with reservations for restaurants, attractions, and events.

• If advance payments are required for these services, they will be added to your deposit.

• Our standard working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (8 hours per day), but we are flexible with start and end times to accommodate your schedule.

• Should your tour extend beyond the standard hours, an overtime fee of ¥7,500 per hour will be applied, only when agreed upon during booking.

• Meeting Locations: Nagoya Station or Kyoto Station (unless otherwise agreed upon).

• Drop-off Locations: Your hotel, Nagoya Station, or Kyoto Station.

• Our pricing is valid until March 31, 2026.

• To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation, with the remaining 50% payable by the tour date.

• We will issue an online invoice for the deposit after confirming service details. Payment methods include credit card or PayPal.

• If reservations for meals, transportation, or attraction tickets are needed, we ask for prepayment for these expenses in addition to the deposit.

• Upon receiving your deposit, we will send you a booking confirmation.

• Any remaining guide fees and/or additional costs should be settled by the tour date.

• For bookings made within 7 days of the service date, full payment (100% deposit) is required.

• A 5% surcharge applies to cover fees from payment processing services.
